Welcome to the new MPI.edu!

Our new front page features the latest news, notices, and events. At the bottom of the headlines box in the middle of the front page are four thumbnail icons. Click each of those to view different featured items. To the right of the headlines box are several important links to provide easy access to key information on MPI.

Below the main links and headlines box is the "Future Students" section. From here you can navigate to exactly where you want to go, without having to wade through pages and links before you get there. To the right of the "Future Students" section is the "Eye on MPI" section. "Eye on MPI" keeps you posted on current news and events involving MPI, our students, and our alumni.

At the top of each page is the navigation bar, which contains links to the main sections of the website. The navigation bar keeps you within one click of any section of the website at all times.

To the left of most content pages is a navigtion menu. The menu is organized into categories, and under the category that you are currently viewing are more links in the same category. This allows you to easily jump back and forth between related pages. A similar menu appears to the left of news items, listing other recently posted news.

While browsing our new website, you may have noticed this page options box. This appears to the left of nearly every page. The page options box was created to allow visitors to customize the website for their personal comfort.

Firefox and Internet Explorer users can easily bookmark our website through the Bookmark feature, which adds the current page to your Bookmarks/Favorites menu.
The Print option appears on pages that have a printer-friendly version. A printer-friendly version of a page is basically a simpler, less graphics-intensive version of the same content, which allows for cleaner printing should you want to print the web page.
The Text-size option allows you to increase or decrease the font size throughout the entire website. When you click a font size ( small, medium, or large), the text size on the current page will change accordingly, and your browser will save a "cookie" which allows MPI.edu to remember to change the text size in every other page to the size that you set. This feature requires that your browser allows cookies and JavaScript.
