Your future. In the near future.
Unlike what most people will tell you, four years and tens of thousands of dollars are not required before you can start an exciting, fulfilling job.
The healthcare option
With a healthcare education, you can expand on skills you already have and use them in a medical setting. Are you good with computers? Perhaps Medical Office Administration is your field. Enjoy the laboratory environment? Phlebotomists are in high demand. Whatever your interest, MPI provides opportunities to put your skills to good use in an exciting medical career. Why learn healthcare at MPI?
A hands-on approach to learning.
MPI's programs go far beyond studying textbooks and listening to classroom lectures. You'll spend more time in our Simulation Laboratory or working in a real-life clinical setting than you will at your classroom desk. The point is, we want to get you accustomed to the practice of healthcare work. That's why we don't require all the general education courses you would have to take in a degree program. Our certificate programs consist of just the core courses required to provide the skill set you need to succeed. And your hands-on experience isn't the only practical part of the education you'll receive as an MPI student. Unlike most colleges, MPI prepares you for your post-MPI job search. We will conduct mock interviews and help you put together a resume, and then provide job placement assistance once you graduate. Start working soon.
MPI's programs don't take four years to complete. In fact, most of them last well under one year, including time spent in externship. We focus on making sure our students are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to be a competent medical professional, and then getting them into the healthcare workforce as soon as possible. For an idea of how long our programs are, have a look at the lengths of several of our programs:
